Why our famous drink is called Terremoto too?

It all started in March 1985, when some German reporters came to Santiago to cover the damage he had caused the recent earthquake. Due to the prevailing heat came to our place to ask for something to drink. They served our classic Piper to that foreign application was added pineapple ice cream, as the brainchild of Don Guillermo Valenzuela when you try one of them exclaimed "! This is really an earthquake" ... Thus was born the name of the now legendary Earthquake.

RECIPE OF THE CHILEAN EARTHQUAKE / INGREDIENTS:

White Wine, Pisco, Pineapple Ice Cream, Sugar.

PREPARATION: Pour two gallons of chilled white wine in a jar. Add 300 cc of pisco. Add five tablespoons of ice cream, three of sugar and stir gently. If you want to add more ice cream served in each glass. Sweet drink and alcoholic drinks can fool most of the account.
